I like that there is a strong, smart yet beautiful woman character who cares for others but is also ambitious. I enjoyed the intrigue of the political situation storyline along with just enough romance to keep it interesting !! A fun easy read !!!

It was an easy leisurely book that I read while traveling for work. Cuban Grit kept you extremely engaged into where the story was going and what the outcomes were going to be. The dynamic of the political genre and romance tied in very well together and was interesting that it's a nonfiction story that could potentially be fiction one day with today's current events. I highly recommend this book to any types of readers as it appeals to many.
