0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. The saga continues.... By Snowbunny1977 So we meet Samantha. She's really sweet and funny. She happens to be Dexter's mate. He's the enforcer and is sort of gruff and a lot to take lol. She's not afraid of him...well she is at first but quickly rescinded after she shocked his butt with her magic when he came off too strong and tried to scent her. LOL. Things are startin to get interesting. There are now 5 in the Coven and Jethro is actually ok with it for now but thats cause he feels something really big is coming. Caleb and Wendy still haven't mated. They are both being stubborn. In her defense she was attacked as a teenager but she DOES trust Caleb and has let him feed off her but she isn't ready to be his mate. Which is getting harder on him. Its obvious that he's having a little bit of control issues. He's still him but its a matter of time before he is worse off. She needs to get over it and mate him she KNOWS he wont hurt her and they've both known for a long time they are mates. He doesnt wanna push her which is sweet but its getting down to the wire. Alas...a cliffhanger this one. Bummer.

The author makes the following type of mistake, among others: "She was stood by the window and was drank tie." Now, we have two choices to write in English: change 'stood' to 'standing' or drop the was similar correction for drank. This author has the same problem with 'sat/sitting' and several other verbs. I have wondered if they all are actually the same person, if they all wrote in a foreign language and used an Amazon translator to publish their book in English, or some such. Also, no grasp of idioms. For instance, being on tender hooks rather than tenter hooks.

Caleb and Wendy are still dancing around each other. There is concern in the pack about a Coven. Looking forward to to reading the next book!
