It is filled with brief descriptions of the final days, hours, or minutes of celebrities interspersed with the last words of the famous and infamous. Some of the "last words" are used more than once.Strangely enough, this is a relaxing read. There is no angst or high drama, only a brief note about a tragic event.I have deducted one star for the numerous errors.

I was a bit surprised of how some of these celebrities died, like Marilyn Monroe's death. All along I thought she died of drugs but based on this book, there was a conspiracy theory that she was murdered by the FBI ordered by JFK so not to expose their affair. Such a revelation!This is a fun read!

By Amazon Customer I enjoyed reading about the lives and deaths of famous, infamous celebrities, others I only heard in movies and some I barely heard of. A great mixed of old and new. But I was impressed by the details and how it was simply presented. I especially liked the "one last thing to say" portion. A very informative book.
