By Aussiefox OK 5th book into the series and i'm just as hooked as i was after the first one, although not as many zombie interactions but still I loved it, action, humor and great ingenuity in dealing with the Z's a couple of editing mistakes , but not enough to put me off. The best part is how we see all sorts of new weapons to deal with zombies and such a great way the main characters are explained in knowing how to do this stuff. So original , thank you so much Mr Shortwinter, you are now in my top 6 of Zombie writers with ( in no particular order) Mark Tufo, J.W Vohs, John O'brien, Shawn Chesser and T.W Piperbrook. Really looking forward to the rest of your zombie books., I'd say this is a must read for Zombie fans.

Still has all the action, fun, family, fear, anger, rage, love and twists thrown in. So sad that it's a two-parter! I read this in one day and am having withdrawals now. The next book can't come too soon.
